We work to a very simple process and are more than happy to arrange an onsite inspection at your convenience or alternatively if you prefer, you can upload your photos or videos via WhatsApp.
We will then be able to work out the cost of the clearance, taking in to account the value of the items that need to be cleared. Our charges for clearance are based on waste disposal costs and how long it will take us to remove and dispose of the contents.
If the property has items deemed to have value, then we will look sell via our partner auction houses and online auction websites.
It is entirely up to you. We are more than happy to collect the keys for the property from you in advance of the clearance. You do not need to be present on the day and we will drop keys back to you once the job is complete.
Once you have agreed the quotation, we would normally ask for 20% of the contract to be paid 5 working days in advance of the clearance. The remaining 80% would be due once the job has been completed.
We can accept payment by bank transfer, cheque, cash, or if you are dealing with an estate, we can send our invoice to your solicitors for settlement from estate funds when available.
